Return & Refund Policy

Because trailers are significant investments, we encourage customers to carefully inspect their trailer, ask questions, and ensure the selected model meets their needs before completing the purchase.

7-Day Customer Satisfaction Return Policy

We proudly offer a 7-Day Customer Satisfaction Return Policy on eligible trailer purchases.

If, within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup, you determine that your trailer is not the right fit for your needs, you may request a return, subject to the following conditions:

  • The trailer must be returned within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • The trailer must be in the same condition as when purchased, with no significant damage, modifications, or excessive wear.
  • The trailer must not have been involved in an accident or subjected to misuse.
  • Any registration, titling, documentation, delivery, financing, restocking, or administrative fees may be non-refundable.
  • Custom-built, special-order, or modified trailers are not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Upon inspection and approval, Trailer Sales Inc. will issue a refund or credit according to the terms of the original sales agreement.

Inspection and Delivery

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect their trailer at the time of pickup or delivery. Any concerns regarding appearance, equipment, or specifications should be reported immediately so they can be addressed promptly.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many new trailers are covered by manufacturer warranties that protect against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and model.

If a warranty issue arises, our team will gladly assist you with the warranty claim process and help coordinate repairs whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your trailer arrives damaged during transportation or does not match the specifications outlined in your purchase agreement, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Deposits and Special Orders

Deposits placed on custom-built, special-order, or reserved inventory may be non-refundable. Any applicable deposit terms will be clearly disclosed and documented before the order is placed.

Parts and Accessories Returns

Unused parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in resalable condition.
  • Special-order items, electrical components, installed parts, and clearance items may not be eligible for return.

Financing Agreements

Financed purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the lending institution. Customers should carefully review all financing documents before signing.
